The age-old saying “Time goes faster as you get older” couldn’t be any more true whilst I sat on the beach at Tomahawk. From our camp chairs, we welcomed 2019, surrounded by friends and loved ones plus a lightning storm like no other!. In these past years, it’s becoming increasingly apparent that life is short. As a child you think throughout your school holidays “Wow these holidays will last forever!” now? 2 weeks are gone in a mere blink of an eye.
With all this in mind, I throw a suggestion to you. – Make 2019 all about getting as much life into you as you can, whether it be spending time with friends or family, climbing a mountain, or kayaking down a river with someone special in your life. Do not take those around you for granted, as someone you may hold dear may be gone before you know it. Cherish every second as if it were your last.
